The Dunn Housing Authority Communities
Powell Village
- Powell Village is a 28-unit affordable housing community located on South Powell Avenue. All apartments are one bedroom, ground level. Each unit includes an open-concept living/dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, one bath, central heat/ air, trash pick-up and lawn care. With rent based on income, this affordable community features a quiet setting with closeness to city conveniences.
McKay Court
- McKay Court is a 28-unit affordable housing community located on South McKay Avenue, with apartments located in ground level duplex and two-story buildings. Each unit includes an open concept living/dining room, kitchen, central heat/air. A playground is provided for residents and their guests. This community includes two, three, four and five bedroom apartments. These apartments offer many city conveniences.
Washington Heights
- Washington Heights is a 37-unit affordable housing community. It is located at the intersection of South Washington Avenue and East Canary Street. Washington Heights consists of ground level and two story town house units with two, three, four and five bedroom units. Each unit includes an open concept living/dining room, kitchen, central heat/air. The community includes two, three, four and five bedroom apartments. A playground is provided for residents and their guests. These apartments, located on the East side of Dunn are convenient to shopping and food stores.
Harnett Terrace
- Harnett Terrace is a 50-unit affordable housing community. Harnett Terrace’s units are located on McNeil Circle, East Harnett and East Culbreth Streets and consists of single and duplex apartments. All units are ground-level and include living room/dining room, central heat/air. One, two, three and four bedrooms units include living room/dining room, central heat and air, trash pick-up, and lawn care. A playground is provided for residents and their guests. These apartments offer many city conveniences.
